Strawberry Burnt Cheesecake
A strawberry cheesecake — not a plain basque with strawberries on top. Strawberry emulco runs through the batter, fresh strawberries finish the surface, strawberry jam adds a mid-layer.
This is not a plain cheesecake with strawberries placed on top.
Strawberry emulco is folded into the batter — the strawberry flavour runs through the whole cheesecake. A strawberry jam layer is added mid-assembly for a concentrated fruity hit. Fresh strawberries and buttercream finish the surface, with a gold leaf on top.
The result is a cheesecake where the strawberry is in every bite — from the baked interior to the fresh topping.
