What began as a small family passion project in 2021 —led by self-taught baker Daniel Lim and supported by his sister Rebecca — has grown into a dedicated team of passionate professionals who share our heartfelt commitment to great food.
From our humble home-based beginnings to our halal-certified central kitchen and the opening of our sister-brand, The Test Kitchen, in 2025, we've carefully expanded by bringing on board experienced bakers, skilled chefs, and talented individuals who not only excel in their craft but truly care about what they do. Our longtime bakers bring precision and creativity to every laminated pastry, while our chefs craft hearty, flavourful dishes with the same love we'd show at a family gathering.
