I would like to check if you have option for self pickup/self collection?
We are located at a central kitchen which is not convenient for self collections so we only do online deliveries at the moment!
Can I change my delivery address/delivery time?
Yes, as long as the order has not been dispatched. Let us know and we’ll assist!
Can I add or amend an order?
Yes — you may log in to your account to edit or add items to your order. Alternatively, you can also use the “Edit Order” option found in your order confirmation email to make changes.
Are your seasonal products Halal certified?
The Lims' Kitchen operates out of a central kitchen Halal-certified under the MUIS Halal Product Scheme. However, not all seasonal products are Halal-certified. For a list of halal certified items, you can refer to the “Halal-certified” category.
Can I customise the flavours in a Petite Set?
Our Petite Sets are sold as fixed sets, but you may select specific flavours and customisation fees might apply.
Can you preslice the items/tarts for me
We’re so sorry, but we’re unable to pre-slice the items/tarts as they won’t transport well and may shift or break during delivery.
Are you able to slice your bread for me?
We will do our best to slice the sourdough for you if it has cooled sufficiently. However, if the loaf is still too hot, slicing it may cause the bread to tear and affect its texture. In such cases, we may leave it unsliced to ensure the best quality.

We seek your kind understanding in this matter. 😊
How long can I keep my pastry?
Please store in the fridge immediately upon delivery as it contains dairy and eggs. Best consumed on the day of delivery, or within 3 days.

Other items such as cookies and bread might have a longer duration of ambient shelf life. As we do not use preservatives in our production process, there as an increase susceptibility to humidity and heat if improperly stored! If still in doubt, please contact us for more details.
Nut Allergies (General)
We use different ingredients depending on the pastry. Please let us know which item you’re asking about and we’ll share the full ingredient list so you can check if it’s suitable for your dietary needs. Do note that we handle a variety of nuts, including peanuts at our facility. In cases of severe allergies, we highly recommend extreme caution in exposure to our food products.
Are your tarts all dairy free?
Our tarts are not dairy-free. They contain ingredients such as butter, milk, heavy cream, cheeses, and yogurt, depending on the flavour. All tarts also contain eggs, and some include nuts or seafood as well.
Do items come with candles
Candles are available upon request.

Why are some items available at The Lims' Kitchen and not available at The Test Kitchen and vice-versa?
The Lims' Kitchen's goods are sent directly to consumers from our central kitchen. Some of the products can only be produced in the central kitchen and are not optimised for sale from The Test Kitchen.
Can I order The Lims' Kitchen items for pick up at The Test Kitchen?
We're currently not offering such a service because The Test Kitchen is not Halal-certified. We do this to prevent cross-contamination risks, especially for products where reheating might be demanded by the consumer. However, a selection of The Lims' Kitchen can be purchased at The Test Kitchen. These items are individually packed and sealed.
Do you have a shop we can go to so we can buy direct from your shop?
We do not have a physical retail shop at the moment under The Lims' Kitchen umbrella.

We do a sister brand, called "The Test Kitchen" located at Cross Street in the Chinatown precinct.
The address is: 18 Cross St, #01-13, Singapore 048423

Do note that The Test Kitchen is not Halal-certified, and is a separate entity from The Lims' Kitchen, despite being related.

If you require Halal-certified menu items, you can only get it through The Lims' Kitchen.

You may order from The Test Kitchen online through our Oddle e-Shop at https://thetestkitchen.oddle.me/en_SG

The Test Kitchen's operating hours are:
- 830am - 4pm ( Mon and Tue)
- 830am - 930pm (Wed Thu Fri)*
- 830am - 2pm (Sat)

*Dinner service is only available on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
