It showcases a ring of craquelin choux puffs filled with airy blueberry mousse encircling a cheesecake centre, layered with house-made blueberry jam and soft vanilla sponge, then finished with delicate light blue/lavender vanilla whipped cream, fresh blueberries, a seasonal edible flower mix, and edible gold.
To be kept in the fridge until ready for consumption. Best eaten on the day of collection. Store up to 2 days in the fridge in a n airtight container.
